Very disappointed with delivery method (Purolator)
They made one attempt at day time when people normally at work and then I had to drive to their warehouse where they could not locate my package by my address or my name/driver licence. They also did not mentioned that that I have second package from you, they did not notified me and shipped it back to you.
One of the three handles I ordered was different colour and was impossible to present to a client.

Our bedroom furniture uses Richelieu drawer slides. Three of them would no longer soft close. One longer slide was available at a local hardware store but the other two shorter ones were not. The replacements we obtained from Distribution 2020 were exactly the same as the original ones. They were extremely easy to install and now all three drawers soft close exactly as original. Thank you for carrying an inventory of this hardware and having it available at a reasonable price to ship to us.

Ma cuisine a été refaite en 2011.
Le système d'attache du tirroir s est détaché.Le cuisiniste ne pouvait pas me fournir la pièce car obsolète.Merci pour la disponibilité d un remplacement.
Nous avons un ilot central et nous voulions enlever notre poubelle ronde à pédale pour libérer de l'espace. Nous avons donc commencé à chercher des poubelles sous évier.
Nous sommes tombés sur Distribution 2020 ses différents modèles. Nous avons choisi celle-ci puisque la grandeur du récipient, le couvercle et les dimensions nous convenaient.
- La livraison a été très rapide (2 jours ouvrables après la commande);
- L'installation a été facile et simple (seulement 4 vis à mettre dans le fond de notre armoire);
- Les poignées du contenant permettent également de sécuriser le sac et le maintenir en place;
- La poubelle est de qualité et le couvercle permet de couvrir les mauvaises odeurs (exceptées celles de poisson/fruits de mer, mais ça, c'est normal peu importe la poubelle);
- Le dessus de la poubelle permet également d'y ranger certains éléments.
Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits de notre achat! :)

les patins sont de bonne qualité: flexible et robuste. ils ont été installer pour remplacer les vieux patins d'une chaise et la problématique constaté ces qu'il ce déplace et le feutre pivote sur le côté. j'ai du rajouté un collant.

The slides seem fine but they came with no screws, no documentation nor any indication of where I could find this information. A link or QR code to a video would have been great as well. I cannot make them work. The drawer depth, excluding the face is 350mm, the slides are 350mm but somehow, I cannot get them to click in and there is a 5 mm gap between the slide and the cap. Any ideas? I do not think that it is the hole for the L thingy at the back but will check.
