This operator has approximately 28% less peak operating torque than Truth Hardware's conventional single arm operators (depending on installation location). There is no need to modify the profiles if you are currently using Truth Hardware's conventional single arm operators. Specifically designed to work with Truth Hardware's 14.05 hinges, the Ellipse dyadic operator arm detaches from the stud bracket for easy sash removal.

The original style of the Ellipse operator housing perfectly matches the flowing lines of the Maxim range. The operator features the mechanical and mounting features of Truth Hardware's classic style operators. The housing has a special edge on which a gasket can be placed to achieve a better water and airtight seal without caulking.
