Order process
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will prepare your order within 24 to 48 business hours. You will then receive an email with a tracking number for delivery, which typically takes 24 to 48 business hours.
Exchanges and returns
Distribution 2020 accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of the customer receiving the item(s). To qualify for an exchange or return, the product and its packaging must be undamaged and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.
Delivery
Our deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday. Once you receive your confirmation email containing the tracking number, please allow 24-48 business hours for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as you have not received the delivery tracking number. Please contact us immediately via email at boutique@2020richelieu.com .
Payment method
Distribution 2020 accepts payment via Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Guarantee
After delivery, the manufacturer's warranty applies if the product delivered is found to be defective.
