Preparation and Delivery Time
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.
Once you receive your confirmation email with a tracking number, delivery generally takes 24 to 48 business hours, depending on the region and the carrier.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free within Quebec for most orders over $99.
Conditions:
- Limited-time offer.

- Eligible products must not exceed 75 lbs.
- Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping.
Warehouse Pickup Products
Materials such as:
- melamine panels
- decorative wall panels
must be picked up by the customer at one of our warehouses.
No shipping is available for these types of products.
Delivery Time – Online Exclusives
For certain web-exclusive products, a delay of 15 business days may apply.
Customer Responsibilities
Once the shipment is made, the tracking number allows the customer to follow their package. Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a complete and accurate address.
- Being present at the time of delivery or designating someone to receive the package.
- Picking up the parcel within the time frame required by the carrier (Purolator or others).
