Return policy

Distribution 2020 allows returns or exchanges on online purchases within thirty (30) days for items at regular prices and ten (10) days for sale items. To qualify, the product and its packaging must be undamaged and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, while we cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item.

Please note that gift card purchases are non-refundable, and all refunds are issued to theoriginal method of payment.
