Distribution 2020 accepts online returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days for regular‑priced items and ten (10) days for sale items. Clearance products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The product and its packaging must be intact and unused for the return or exchange to be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will then ship the desired item back to you at our expense.

Sales of wine cellars and personalized address plates are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
