Sealant for mobile construction joints
BES Sealant is a premium, medium modulus, low odor, moisture curing, one-part product for movable construction joints. It provides excellent weather resistance, good flexibility and very low VOC content thanks to a silyl-terminated polyether polymer. Once cured, it can be coated with latex paint. This product is fully compatible with Building Envelope Systems® Henry/Bakor air barriers, waterproofing, roofing and flashing membranes.

Le produit à utiliser avec : Henry Blueskin WP200

Henry recommande 2 produits (Polybitume 570-05 ou Henry BES 925) pour assurer l'étanchéité de la membrane avec le béton au haut. Nous avons testé les 2 et celui-ci est d'un autre niveau. Le BES 925 tolère beaucoup mieux le travail que le terrain subit post remblayage. Des sections faites au Polybitume ont dû être refaites au BES 925. Puisque la pose de ces membranes sur les fondations implique habituellement de creuser et que le sol devra ensuite se rasseoir, je crois que c'est uniquement ce produit qui devrait être utilisé au lieu du polybitume.
