Active carbon filter
F1 standard + active carbon filter - three pieces
You want protection as effective as your work. The F1 filter is our standard protection model providing best-in-class filtration technology, filtering up to 99% of dust, dirt, pollen, mold spores, allergens, bacteria and odors.
ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS
- Filters up to 99.9% of particles up to 0.1 microns thick.
- Active carbon element reduces odors.
- Best filtration in its category, thanks to a 360° seal
- Performances which far exceed those of homemade masks, bandanas, fabric or paper masks.
FOUR LAYERS OF FILTRATION:
The absorbent outer cotton layer stops larger particles, while the sturdy polypropylene inner material captures up to 99.9% of particles up to 0.1 microns thick.
ODOR REDUCTION:
The active carbon element extracts pollutants from the air, including volatile organic compounds, odors, and other gas pollutants in the air by enclosing the gas molecules in a bed of carbon.

APPLICATION
Suggested Uses:
Low-level dust, vapors, odors, smoke and pollen
Depending on the type of activity, the filters will be suitable for 20 to 60+ hours of use. When it is necessary to replace the filter or valve, follow the steps mentioned below.
Step 1:
Turn the valve toward the inside of your mask counterclockwise until the back comes away from the front. Take a new filter to replace the old one and take the opportunity to clean the outside of your mask, if it is dirty.
2nd step:
Place the back of the valve with the clear diaphragm through the filter, then install through the mask material.
Step 3:
Once the back of the valve is placed through both the filter and the mask, take the top valve and find where the interior serrations are. You will need to align the tabs on the top valve with the serrations on the bottom valve.
Step 4:
When the front and back of the mask are connected, turn the back of the valve clockwise, approximately 90° or until it can no longer turn
Step 5:
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other valve.
Step 6:
Your mask is now ready to use! If using the V1 valves, make sure the vent outlet is facing down, otherwise, remove the front of the valve and make sure the brackets are on the right, at 0°, and the left, at 0°. 180°.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All RZ filters have been independently tested by an international microbiology laboratory, and test results indicated that the RZ filters exceeded NIOSH N95 filter efficiency standards.
We tested both filtering and breathing capabilities to ensure this product offers the best of both, so you can feel safe and comfortable while working.
WHEN TO REPLACE FILTERS:
The lifespan of the RZ filter varies depending on use, density and duration of exposure to particles, as well as the user's breathing rate. Here are some general guidelines:
- Continuous use for 20 to 30 hours in an area with high exposure to dust, such as grain bins, off-road, in construction and demolition, etc.
- In the same environment, but less exposed to dust, continuous use for 30 to 40 hours.
- Continuous use for 50 to 60 hours to protect against allergens, pollutants, odors, etc.
