Instructions :
- remove the round hardware cover,
- for best results locate the wall stud first, then drill guide holes for the fasteners provided,
- screw the balloon holder to the wall using the screws provided using a Phillips type screwdriver, but do not overtighten the screws,
- replace the hardware cover.
