F-168 wax is specially designed for hacksaws. It forms a greasy film which adheres firmly to the cutting tool to cool the teeth and the surface being worked on.
The product owes this antiheating effect to its toughness, which allows it to better resist centrifugal force. Result: a smooth and fast cut and teeth that last longer.
F-168 wax prevents burning, fouling, sticking and cracking. It is suitable for all ferrous and non-ferrous metal cutting operations. It is water soluble, non-toxic, non-irritating and biodegradable and is easily removed by wiping or rinsing with warm water. The cardboard tube has a longer than average empty end that allows the operator to hold it firmly to push it securely against the saw or cutting tool.
