APPLICATION
Recommended for most metals and glass. Resists weathering and solvents.
Application Tips
1. For best results, clean surfaces of dirt and grease
2. To ensure rapid and reliable curing, apply 7649TM Activator on one side and adhesive on the other side. Assemble the parts in less than 15 min
3. The recommended clearance is 0.1mm. For larger clearances (up to 0.5 mm), or if setting needs to be faster, apply 7649TM activator on both sides. Assemble the parts immediately (within a minute)
4. Remove excess glue using paper soaked in organic solvent
5. Maintain light pressure on the parts until the glue has set.
6. Wait for the product to acquire all its properties before using it (generally between 24 and 72 hours after assembly, depending on clearance, materials and ambient conditions).

This product is not recommended in installations where pure oxygen or mixtures rich in oxygen circulate. It should not be used as a sealant coming into contact with chlorine or other strong oxidizing bodies.
