This operator features approximately 28% less peak operating torque than Truth Hardware's typical single-arm operators (depending on installation location). There is no need to modify the extrusions if you are currently using Truth Hardware's classic single-arm operators. Specifically designed to work with Truth Hardware's 14.05 hinges, the Ellipse Dyadic Operator Arm detaches from the stud mount for easy chassis removal.
The original style of the Ellipse operator housing matches perfectly with the flowing lines of the Maxim range. The operator features the mechanical and mounting features of Truth Hardware's classic style operators. The housing has a special border on which a gasket can be placed to obtain a better water and air tightness without caulking.
