Impregnating finishing oil for wood - Greenol plus

GREENOL PLUS from Carver is used as a protective layer of the primol plus or as a finishing coat on unfinished wood.

GREENOL PLUS from Carver is a hard oil product, made from natural oil, wax and resin. Carver's Grennol Plus was designed for wood floor protection but can be used on all types of interior wood projects. The use of Greenol Plus alone or in combination with the impregnating base Primol Plus gives treated surfaces good abrasion resistance and enhances the warmth of natural wood. Greenol Plus protects the wood without depositing a film like a varnish would. It allows a warm contact with the material and facilitates any repairs.

Preparation:

Surfaces must be clean and free of dust, wax, grease or varnish. For surfaces already treated with primol plus , sanding is not necessary. Otherwise, sand with a #100 or #120 grit abrasive to facilitate good penetration of the product.

Application:

Shake container well before use . Use a cotton cloth or an oil applicator . Apply GREENOL PLUS diced circular movements until saturated, taking care to spread it evenly, in thin layers.

Wait 5 to 10 minutes to allow good penetration of the oil and wipe the excess with a clean cloth, paying particular attention to the junctions of the wooden slats. Let dry 24 hours .

GREENOL PLUS is an impregnating oil and not a varnish, it is therefore necessary to avoid the creation of a film on the surface .

Within 20-30 minutes after application , brush with a monobrush (polisher) using a green or red cleaning disc and working at low speed to even out.

After 4 hours approximately if traces of oil have risen at the level of the joining lines and the knots of the wood. Wipe or brush again with the polisher equipped with a white or beige disc.

In the case of pronounced colours , leave the pores of the wood well open. Apply the product very evenly with a dab and avoid brushing so as not to remove the colour.

For a faster finishing cycle , without using PRIMOL PLUS , apply two coats of GREENOL PLUS To 24 hour interval between coats .

• After 24 hours : moderate and careful use
• After 5-7 days : normal use
• After 10 days : cleaning with Carver products

Interview :

• Regular maintenance: 7-10 days after the last application of GREENOL PLUS .
• In the meantime, do not wash the floor with cleaning products. It is possible to remove a localized stain with a cloth moistened with water.
• Always use the recommended maintenance products: DETEROL and DERGOS. DETEROL is the detergent for regular maintenance. DERGOS is a protective detergent for occasional use and is used after using DETEROL. Never use commercial detergents.

Number of layers:

• A diaper : Only one coat is needed after application of primol plus.
• two layers : You must apply two coats if you only apply GREENOL PLUS.

Warnings:

In order to avoid drying problems of the GREENOL PLUS around nodes and junction lines, ensure that there is no oil accumulation in these places. It is advisable to acclimatize and apply the product at an ambient temperature above 15°C.

Product storage:

The product will keep for at least 12 months in a cool, dry place and in its original, unopened packaging.
