The Blueskin SA membrane is a self-adhesive membrane made of an SBS rubberized bitumen compound integrally laminated to a blue cross-polyethylene film. This membrane is expressly designed for installation by self-adhesion to a prepared substrate, thus serving as an air barrier, vapor barrier and water barrier. It eliminates drafts and water leaks in sensitive areas like windows and skylights. Its use on the building envelope reduces energy costs and protects the house against damage caused by water.
